Klosterhof Niederaltaich in Niederalteich

Dear Bräustüberl team! We were your guests again on October 22nd, 2020. We ate very delicious (as we did in June this year) and enjoyed the courteous service. We reserved the table again for the following week, October 29, 2020, because my husband could not praise her excellent knuckle enough. That is why we made our way from Miltach, where we are currently on vacation, to Niederalteich, 1 hour away, full of anticipation. How disappointed we were when we stood in front of the locked door with a growling stomach. Unfortunately, no one can say anything about the current situation, but a short information to guests who have reserved and are coming from further away would be great. Arrived at this cozy place by chance and only needed a little something for the occasional hunger! Was super tasty and authentic! Thursdays Schweinshaxn day! Sappralot, those were plates on the next table, as if painted 🎨! We'll definitely come back here, but with friends and very hungry!

Eaten very well. At the weekend, a reservation at the beer garden is better, we were lucky to get the last non-reserved table on Saturday evening. Very nice staff.

Friendly service, but mediocre food at best.

After the relaxation in the corna crisis, our first visit was again to the monastery yard. We have everything to do with whether the boss the staff and not to forget the super good food. We ate to our fullest satisfaction as ever and felt very comfortable ... despite provisions. You just have to change what doesn't always hold easy. Nevertheless, we will continue our ritual and Manfred will often get on his nerves

Good quality traditional Bavarian cuisine.

The food was delicious in the beer garden but our waitress hardly noticed us. The tables were half full and it seemed to us that we were completely overwhelmed. A drink order was completely forgotten, as we remembered it took 15 minutes to get what. We received our invoice after 25 minutes and two requests. The prices and the food are very good - the location in the monastery courtyard, well protected and quiet, is very nice. The organization with the Corona safety precautions also worked very well. Three stars for good location and good food. The operation may have been new - but it has to be learned even better. Gaining experience alone will not help here in my opinion.

I can't understand some bad reviews. I was there for the third time today and was also thrilled by the food. The master brew steak with the best fried potatoes I've ever eaten was my personal highlight. The staff is super attentive and very friendly. Kudos to the whole monastery courtyard team.

Beer garden is great, monastery is worth seeing and the food is ok.

My favorite place, always friendly staff good food (especially the fries, never had better) When I come from Munich to the area, I look forward to a cozy visit to the local. Because of the old construction there is always something new to discover. A brief explanation by the staff about the place makes the meal a special experience. Enjoy the meal.

Great Biergarten to eat and spend some time with your friends. If you want a table, you might want to reserve it in advance. And if you want to sit in sun, them come before 16:00.
